This blended course combines online theory with hands-on classroom practical training, allowing you to learn at your own pace before developing your technique under tutor supervision.

Online Theory
Your Microneedling Training Course begins with comprehensive online learning divided into five modules. Each module includes a knowledge assessment to check your understanding before you progress to practical training.
Hands-On Practical Training
Following completion of your theory, you will attend classroom practical training at Sammys Aesthetics Beauty & Training Academy.
Your practical session includes a tutor demonstration followed by supervised hands-on treatment of a live model.
You will put your theory into practice by carrying out consultation and skin assessment, preparing your treatment area and equipment, selecting appropriate treatment settings, performing the treatment and providing professional aftercare.
Practical Assessment
Your tutor will assess your ability to perform microneedling safely and professionally, including your hygiene standards, device handling, treatment technique, ability to monitor the skin response and overall client care.
The emphasis is on safe, controlled and competent treatment, rather than speed.
Health & Safety Prerequisite
Completion of the required Health & Safety training is a prerequisite for the practical element of this course.
Microneedling-specific infection prevention, needle safety, sharps procedures and treatment hygiene are covered within the course.
Certification
Students must successfully complete both the online theory and practical competency assessment before certification is awarded.
Completion of the online theory alone does not demonstrate practical competency.
